Marilyn Ford-Gilboe’s team receives funding for made-in-Canada mobile app to support IPV survivors

The Public Health Agency of Canada is providing over $100,000 to develop a free, evidence-based, mobile app that will provide information to safely support survivors of intimate partner violence and those at risk. The project is led by Marilyn Ford-Gilboe (Western University, Arthur Labatt Family School of Nursing) along with Colleen Varcoe (University of British Columbia, School of Nursing) and Kelly Scott-Storey (University of New Brunswick, Faculty of Nursing)
