
Mark your calendar for March 26, 2026! The kNOw-PAIN Conference is returning to Western University’s Great Hall (8:00 am–5:00 pm) for a day of cutting-edge discussion about pain science and care.
This interdisciplinary gathering brings together clinicians, researchers, patient partners, trainees and community members to explore how we understand, measure and support people living with pain.
What to expect:
- Keynote presentations from leaders in pain research and practice, including experts in chronic pain, Indigenous health, and clinical care.
- A full programme of sessions that highlight diverse perspectives on pain science and health equity.
- Opportunities to connect with others interested in improving pain outcomes and research approaches.

Fees: $35 (free for trainees and patient partners).
This event is a great chance for our network to engage with emerging research and community-centred approaches in pain whether you’re a clinician, researcher or lived-experience advocate.
